Saturday offers an exclusive mix of local sports and local music. Our local sports show Speaking of Sports fills your morning with insight and analysis for high school, college, and pro sports (including hunting and fishing). Speaking of Sports is followed by rebroadcasts of local high school sports with our own commentators – these games are only available on WNRV! We cover Giles and Narrows high school football and basketball, as well as American Legion baseball. Following the games, you get to hear live performances from local bands on our own New River Valley Jamboree (also only available on WNRV).
Sunday brings you an uplifting combination of local ministers and gospel music. The morning is focused on providing you with compelling sermons. The remainder of the day’s programming is dedicated to the best in gospel bluegrass and traditional music.
